- Complete paid assessment by SRM School of Banking.
- Interview by SRM School of Banking.
- Interview by Axis Bank.
STEP 3: Enroll & Pay Program Fee
- The selected candidates are to enroll for the Phone Banking Officer Program by paying the requisite fee to SRM School of Banking.
- Axis Bank will issue a Conditional Offer Letter to those candidates who have enrolled for the Phone Banking Officer Program with SRM School of Banking.

This is a 30 Days In-classroom program. The following modules will be covered in the program:

Candidates shall need to appear and clear an Online Assessment. The candidates who clear the assessment will have to appear for 2 levels of interview one with SRM School of Banking Panel after clearing the same final interview with Axis Bank. Candidate clearing all 3 stages of selection process shall be eligible to join the programme.
SRM School of Banking will conduct the 30 days in-class training program at Mumbai & Noida
Eligible candidates should possess good communication skills in English & Hindi.
Certificate in Phone Banking Office program– from SRM SB
Axis bank will provide a conditional offer letter for those candidates who have enrolled for the Phone Banking Officer’s Program conducted by SRM School of Banking. Candidates should abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in the offer letter.

Program fee covers one month of classroom training at Mumbai & Noida training center. Candidates to make their own arrangements for boarding & lodging.

Candidates who successfully complete the training program will be placed as Phone Banking Officer (Assistant Manager grade) at Axis Bank.
The role of a Phone Banking Officer is Customer Service and Sales of Banking products.
The Axis Phones Officer role is focused on rendering services to Axis Bank customers and ensuring satisfactory, first-time resolution is provided for all customer queries.
To be successful at this role the incumbent needs to be the best for our customers by ensuring process efficiency and cross-sell/upsell set products.
- The role is rotational shifts and week offs – 24/7 rotational shift.
- Work hours for Women: – 6:30 am to 9:30 Pm (rotational shifts)
- 2 days week off on rotational basis.
- Week offs Any Random 2days off / No Fixed Consecutive Offs
Candidates who join Axis Bank after training will be paid their salary as per Axis Bank terms.
Annual CTC for Phone Banking Officer is 3.96 Lakhs Per Annum
For the initial two-year candidates will be in the Assistant Manager grade and progress as given in the Career Path.
